About Us

CrossConcept was founded in 2010 by Engineering Professionals, who had been developing and implementing PSA software for leading Professional Services Automation software vendors since the segment emerged in the 1990s. Between the founder and the consulting team, CrossConcept has combined hundreds of years of experience assisting service organizations automate their processes. Clients have ranged in size from a handful of people to over thirty thousand.

CrossConcept launched the  Continuum PPM in 2017. It contains a carefully curated feature set with only the tools that Internal teams actually use. Its user interface is laser-focused on minimizing clicks and on being intuitive. Front-line employees find it helpful to their personal needs, rather than an imposition by the back office.
